Radical Relaxation: Tiffany, Maddie, and Alice recently earned their 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates. Committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment, they’re eager to address our communal sense of exhaustion. They hope you’ll join their community endeavor to release tension, reset, and experience Radical Relaxation.
Maddie Abu-Nameh discovered yoga in 2022 and found it to be the most complimentary practice to her Satire / DBR therapy sessions and trauma healing. Yoga has brought more relaxation, bodily autonomy, and self-compassion into her life. Maddie is excited to create a healing space that allows you to go inwards, reconnect, and find your alignment.
Tiffany Hansen has been practicing yoga since 2008. She is RYT-200 and holds certification for Yin Yoga: level 1 and 2. She finds joy and healing with the practice and is committed to nurturing a space of self love and trust.
Alice Creach has enjoyed the therapeutic and physical benefits of Yoga since a young age. To her, practicing Yoga is the art of being present and has the ability to unite the mind, body and soul through mindful breath and movement. She believes that creating art together in any form can lead to collective healing. Alice’s goal is to hold space for people to experience radical ease during her classes and to inspire connection throughout the community!
